Kristin Martelle
REALTORŪ
What does it take to succeed in the current economy? Professionalism, perseverance and a good sense of humor! As a native of Rutland, I offer full-time service, specializing in assisting many first-time home buyers.
Communication is paramount. Bringing buyer and seller together requires listening, communication and negotiation skills. As a University of Vermont graduate with a degree in Sociology, I hope to display some of those learned skills and offer you a positive experience in the sale or purchase of your home.
I reside in Rutland with my husband, Randy Martelle, of Heritage Family Credit Union www.hfcuvt.com . We have two grown daughters, one who is a college student and one who graduated and left to explore a life in Washington D.C.
I received my real estate license over twenty years ago but decided to put it on hold while I started my family. While my children were growing up, I worked as a guest teacher in the Rutland Public School System for ten years. During that time, I began writing articles for children, some of which were published in a national children’s magazine. A few years ago, I reentered the exciting ever-changing world of real estate.
I look forward to meeting you. Whether buying or selling, let me know how I can help.
